Press!OMG~ Senaman untuk Kesihatan!

Jum bersenam~ Xpelu guna dumbell, barbell aka aa2 tu smua… senam Robik ja la di awal pagi..stat besok. Kalau xda idea utk senaman..nah, mungkin video ni boleh memotivasikan dan guide kta untuk start senaman kita. wahaha…

jadi,,”apa macam??”..boleh kita smua stat besenam bsok… sekurang-kurangnya 3 kali seminggu..20 minti setiap sesi. huhu^^
